Mmmmm...curry, peanut butter, and apples?! Yes please!
-2 cups shredded cabbage
-1 cup shredded carrots
-4 sliced green onions
-2 apples, thinly sliced
-1/2 cup salted peanuts
-chopped cilantro to taste
Sauce:
-1/3 cup peanut butter
-1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
-1/2 Tbsp. Asian chili oil
-1 tsp. rice vinegar
Combine the slaw ingredients in a bowl. Mix the sauce ingredients together, pour over slaw and toss.
